Confirmation of Booking

To confirm your conference please fax, e-mail or post your Conference Booking Form to us as soon as possible, advising us of all your requirements.

Lunches

Chef's meal of the day (two courses and coffee) served in the restaurant. The Chefs prepare a meal of the day using fresh produce from local butchers and suppliers, varying the choice daily. A buffet lunch can be ordered if preferred.

Special Dietary Requirements

Please let us know ONE WEEK in advance of any Vegetarians or Special Dietary requirements.

Cancellation

We regret cancellations charges apply if less than 14 days notice of cancellation of conference is given. Up to 14 days 50%, up to 48 hours full charge.

Final Numbers

Final numbers are required 48 hrs prior to your conference.
